Woman's Healing Group Woman In Wisdom “When you feel good life works” You are invited to join a Woman’s Support Group Facilitated By Darcy Elman Together we will weave our stories and create an extraordinary community that will hold our exquisite beauty and our deeper dreams while we join forces to celebrate our gifts and accomplishments. Darcy brings 18 years of somatic, mind body and shamanic experience to the group and offers a safe and inspiring environment to the individual and group process. The class will be held over a three month cycle. We will come together twice a month. The emphasis of the class is on the individual’s inner journey in the context of the community. We will implement tools to strengthen, ground, and support the mind body as we meet the challenges in career and interpersonal relationships. We will learn and practice specific modalities: meditation, movement, breath work and visualization, to update and clarify our stories and belief systems as they reflect in our inner and outer relationships. This class will allow each person to develop their intuitive sense, tap their exquisite creative nature, and strengthen their commitment to self. There will be time to write, share, witness, and listen. A commitment to the whole series is required.
